Service Description

This is for the people who are ready for a big health transformation that changes their life! With a series of 1:1 sessions in Clinic or online, we use specialised testing such as Bioenergetic and hormonal, digestive, or nutrient tests (as required) to assess your health status and bio-individual needs, in order to create personalised plans. Over 3 months, we provide ongoing weekly support for you to achieve your health goals, with a mix of coaching, email support, motivation, and accountability partnership. You’ll receive a comprehensive action plan with nutrition guidance, recipes, meal plans, time-saving tips, sleep strategies, suggested supplements, and any other necessary support.
