About Sweet Success

My Story

My name is Aoife Reilly, and I started Sweet Success after studying nutrition at the Insitute of Health Sciences in Dublin. My own journey to better health started in my late twenties when I suffered from several chronic conditions and was tired of taking medication without actually feeling better. By making small changes to my own diet, introducing new foods and exercise, and improving my quality of sleep, I was able to radically change my own health. Having seen first-hand how nutrition and lifestyle changes improved my own quality of life, I was eager to help others to do the same.

Fast forward many years of being my own health guinea pig, studying nutritional therapy, changing my career, and working with clients, and I honestly couldn't be happier or more fulfilled than when I am helping clients to achieve their health goals.

I am passionate about health and about helping clients to find optimum health through small changes that fit into their lifestyle. As a nutritional therapist and wellness coach, I work in partnership with my clients in a non-judgemental, supportive manner, offering guidance and a tailored plan for each person.

I offer 1:1 consultations in Clinic and over Zoom, using Bioenergetic testing and other tests (as required) to develop tailored protocols to support specific health goals. I also provide consultancy services for corporate clients both onsite and virtually, covering employee nutrition and wellness programs. I deliver education and presentations to large and small groups on request, and have many more customisable offerings depending on client requirements.

I hold professional diplomas in both nutritional therapy and dietary counselling, and I am completing a further professional diploma in executive coaching, to support my clients even more.

If you'd like to find out more, or start your own journey to better health, I'd love to hear from you, and help you find your own sweet success!
